Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed under a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:
- Identification of the material that was removed, including the URL or location where the material previously appeared.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may reinstate the material unless the complainant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent reinstatement.
Repeat Infringers
Feelepa.com reserves the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
